Designed for both interior and exterior vertical applications, it penetrates deeply into concrete, brick, hollow blocks, and stucco to create a durable, waterproof barrier that resists hydrostatic pressure and prevents seepage, dampness, and mold formation. Its acrylic composition allows strong adhesion, excellent coverage, and a breathable yet protective finish that can be over-coated with standard acrylic paints for a decorative topcoat. Performance / Technical Info:

• Colours Available: White and Grey. 
• Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, and asbestos cement. 
• Drying Time: About 1–2 hours under normal conditions.
• Coverage: Approximately 2 m² per kg.

Application / Use:

• Surface Preparation:

  • Ensure walls are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, loose paint, or efflorescence.

  • Repair cracks, holes, or damaged areas using suitable filler (e.g., PYE Aqua Plug or hydraulic cement).

• Stir the Paint:

  • Mix thoroughly before use and occasionally during application to maintain consistency.

  • Do not dilute; use the product as supplied.

• Application Method:

  • Apply with a nylon-bristle brush, roller, or airless spray.

  • First coat: brush into pores to ensure deep penetration.

  • Allow ~3 hours drying before applying the second coat.

  • Apply a second coat evenly to ensure complete waterproofing.

• Coverage Rate:

  • First coat: ~1.5 m² per kg

  • Second coat: ~2.5 m² per kg (coverage depends on surface porosity)

• Curing & Finishing:

  • Allow the coating to fully dry before exposure to water or overcoating with acrylic paint.

  • After curing, walls can be painted with standard acrylic paint for decorative finish.

• Recommended Uses:

  • Vertical masonry surfaces: concrete, brick, hollow blocks, stucco

  • Basement walls, foundation walls, retaining walls

  • Interior or exterior walls prone to water seepage or dampness

• Precautions:

  • Not suitable for horizontal surfaces subject to foot traffic.

  • Apply only at temperatures above room temperature for optimal drying and adhesion.
