Primero Multi-Seal Elastomeric Waterproofing Sealant

Primero Multi-Seal is a ready-to-use, elastomeric waterproofing sealant designed to seal hairline cracks, nail holes, roof leaks, gutters, firewalls, and roof decks. Its flexible, water-based formula expands and contracts with surface movement, providing long-lasting protection against water penetration and weather damage.

Coverage:

• Single coat -  8-10 sqm / 4kg | 40-50 sqm / 20kg
• Double Coat  - 4-5 sqm/4kg | 20-25 sqm / 20kg 

Drying Time:

• Touch dry: 15-30minutes
• Hard dry : 12hours

Application:

The product is ready to use. No thinning is necessary. However, you may add a maximum of 5% clean water to help smooth brushstrokes. Pre-stripe multi-seal on corners, edges & areas with cracks. Let it dry 

Apply FIRST COAT OF Pr1mero Multi-Seal vertically. Let dry for 1 to 2 hours. Apply the second coat horizontally. It is best to apply two thin coats rather than one thick coating to aid in the drying of the sealant. For severe cracks on non-structural walls, you may use Pr1mero Waterproofing Fiber Cloth immediately after the first coat, while it is still wet. Dab a cloth with a brush onto the wet sealant. Smooth the Fiber Cloth before it dries, gently pushing air bubbles out of the fabric. Let the first coat dry, then apply a second coat or a third coat if necessary.

For Waterproofing of Roof Decks and Balconies:

Drying time will be longer in enclosed areas such as bathrooms and underground tanks. Make sure the area is well-ventilated. APPLY a third coat if the area is subject to heavy load or if machines like air handling units, pumps, or exhaust fans are near—top at least 1-inch-thick cement topping for balconies with heavy foot traffic.
