Primero Pro Flexible Waterproofing Slurry

Primero Pro Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry is a two-component product that, when mixed, forms a thick, spreadable slurry to waterproof bathrooms, balconies, plant boxes, gutters, and roof decks.

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces must be clean and free from standing water. Remove any grease, dirt, dust, and loose material. Ensure that the surface is sound. Remove cement droppings and repair honeycombs using aqua plug or fast-setting cement.

Mixing:

Open dry powder (part A) into a clean container. Pour all of the liquid (part B) into the cement powder mixture. Let the mixture soak for 2 minutes and mix well, preferably using an electric mixer to achieve a slurry-like consistency. Ensure that there are no lumps present. Pot life is 2 to 3 hours, depending on temperature and weather conditions.

Application:

Use a trowel or a stiff, Tampico brush. Apply the first coat while the surface is damp. If the surface is dry, spray water to dampen it. You may pre-stripe corners, edges, and areas with visible cracks. Apply the first coat horizontally. Let dry for 2 to 3 hours. Apply the second coat vertically. The coats should have a thickness of 1 to 2mm.

Coverage:

• Approx. 1.3 kg/m² for bathrooms, terraces, balconies, and exterior areas.
• Approx. 2 kg/m2 as protective coating.

Storage:

• Store in a dry, cool place.
